The product is quality, it seems to always need to be "updated" however, and our internet is very slow, which also has a direct affect on the quality of the product, but it is a good/quality product.

This product is a blue ray player with Netflix / Pandora and it worked for me for about 3 months

So I wouldn't recommend this product if you care about any of the extra features like the apps or the ability to play videos from USB.

The product worked beautifully with easy set up, a nice picture and ease of use.

I liked product because when you turn it on my samsung tv also turned on and to the channel that dvd plays on too.

But an absolute great product.

The Bad:It is surprisingly slow connecting to applications (surprising b/c its new).
