When my player is loading a blu ray disc it sounds like someone is being tortured, i.e. lots of loud strange noises.
-
but there's no excuse for not supporting bookmarks on standard DVDs.- High noise levels - definitely louder than the Toshiba A35 or other Blu-ray players that I've seen; some sounds compares to an old 5.25" floppy disc reader.
-
My primary problems with this player are the high noise levels and lack of bookmark support.
-
The only thing I notice is that it makes this loud noise as it is loading and reading the blu-ray disc, similar to the noise when you load a cd to your computer, probably just a tad louder.
-
The biggest drawback I see with this unit is the audible noise when it seeks the disc.
