Red button is useless for my needs

The buttons suck.

Scratches all over the phone, some buttons don't work well.

I tried to find the least annoying thing for it to activate, i chose stopwatch, what a pain.the volume buttons are placed that i can not operate them while on a call unless you perch the phone into your fingertips.the keypad is just proud enough that my cheek constantly depresses a button while talking

After putting up with total cheap-O phones and poor cell service from T-Mobile Prepaid, I needed a new phone and carrier, so the Verizon deal was perfect
