Samsung Electronics QN65Q7F 65-Inch 4K Ultra HD Smart QLED TV (2017 Model)

    • The set handles motion pretty well and displays 24p content without an abundance of the dreaded soap opera effect.
    • For $2,000, this was the best set available, however
    • After a bit of playing and changing a setting on my "Pi" to refresh the frame rate with each content change, all looks good now.
    • The set up was quite easy as my wall has the TV mount from my older Samsung television
    • The color is awesome in Dynamic setting but after almost 12 months with the 12 month warranty about ready to expire, the bottom of my picture started to become blurred and you could see the letters very blurred.
    • Very easy set up, the invisible connection cable is great.
    • In the words of Rob Base "...it takes 2 to make this thing go right..." as I needed assistance maneuvering this big beautiful hunk of awesome around (especially when it came to getting the stand put together ... was missing a set of screws, but being handy as I am, I had another set ready to roll)
    • I like how clean the set up looks
    • It detects your set top box, Blue Ray player, etc
    • The set up was by far the most intuitive I have ever used
    • The Qled has blacks that remind me of the true blacks in my old 50" Panasonic plasma set, incredible
    • I do recommend the TV and technology, but feel it has a long way to go before the media set is available to truly enjoy the technological advancements
    • Also, I purchased a top notch 1080p set just before 4k sets became available.

    • We walked through the easy set up, and within minutes we were both overwhelmed with just how great the picture really was
    • So after being called out by friends and family for being the last guy to still believe his Plasma TV was better than any of the LED sets on the market I was forced to replace it after 10 years of great service
    • (maybe just me.)There are many other things to like about this TV; such as its premium build and design, brilliantly designed TV remote (called One Remote), and its separate set-top box that connects all input output cables
    • This is an absolutely fantastic set with every bell and whistle I want, but most important to me, a very high quality crisp display that is better than any I've seen in homes or in retail stores.
    • Furthermore the Q7F & Q97 cost much more then last years counterparts.. despite the Q7F not even exceeding the older set it replaced.
    • I inquired on Samsung’s support site
    • The accompanying smart remote’s design matches that of the TV; a weighty sliver of brushed metal, adorned by the absolute bare minimum number of buttons Samsung could afford
    • The issue was a bad T-con board in which a Samsung technician from out-of-state came to repair
    • T looks great put up on the TV stand
