Unfortunately my Blu-ray player wasn't a supported model for the Smart things phone app, but this is not a big deal for me

This is a "smart" TV, meaning that it has apps for things like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and many others available

The only annoying thing is that the app is useless so where you think it would help (mainly with navigating around the screen and typing in text for searching or logging in) it doesn't

Enjoying its various Smart features, including YouTube app

You are beholden to the TV manufacture's software that has been installed and whether the app you want to run has been written to support the software

That freaking sound when the smart apps comes on can be turned off.

The picture quality is great - as great as you can hope for with 32" 1080p - but I didn't like the audio quality

I am saying this because the reviews left me confused as to the sound quality

The picture dims as you watch it and the color is off.
