The only complaint I have with them is all the weight is on the back, the front is very light, so they fall back a lot, they don't fall off, just back enough to make it annoying sometimes

the ear buds that come with it are weird but cool, and it's got a LOT better volume than I was expecting from a pair of headphones

Lot of comments their not loud enough, well turn up the volume on the head set ,they are very loud and clear, phone calls were awesome too

Got lots breaks and glitches in the sound from the three different LG models I've bought but not in this cheapest Samsung model.

fit my ears great, lots of sizes to choose from (loved the smaller wing ear buds), good build quality, but only problem was they couldnt keep a consistent BT connection with my S6 - another samsung product i thought would work well with, and one reason i bought them

I was really excited to get a wireless headset because i run a lot and don't like how the cord tangles sometimes

My job requires a lot of driving so something handsfree was needed, and I hate those little devices that just sit in your ear, even when you are not actively using it

Totally adequate for providing a soundtrack during other activities, but I wouldn't choose these if I were going to sit down and dedicate myself to music listening (use over-the-ear studio quality cans or a good stereo system for that).The buds are comfortable but they do feel like their about to fall out a lot of the time, even though they haven't.

They die a lot quicker than my other, cheaper, headphones.2

These headphones have good sound when the buds are seated well in the ear, but they fall out a lot, and the gels fall off easily (I've lost one of each set that came with the packaging, so I'm looking for replacements.

I constantly drop calls and l they are spotty at best unless you stand in 1 place even with my phone in my pocket
