The phone failed miserably on its phone experience- speaker quality is sub-par, on smartphone side, its average-screen is good (not great), camera is sub-par, screen touch is slow and freezes

The phone also automatically turns down the volume EVERY time you connect it to Bluetooth in the car so every time you start your car you have to unlock the screen and turn up the volume on the phone, before you put the car in gear because the phone won't let you turn up the volume, using the volume button on the side, you can press that button until your thumb falls off and nothing will happen until you unlock the screen and view the "warning" message about hearing loss, and as far as I can tell there is no way to disable this "safety" feature, it is unalterably set to optimal volume levels for people with "normal" hearing.

Great budget phone long battery and lots of good features.

I really hate I had to return it, but I loved all the features it offered, it was delivered on time and in great condition.

Bought this phone for my grandma it is easy to use, 32GB the battery life is good and most importantly my grandma knows how to use it, the phone was unlocked and it was in great condition.

Why just 3 stars-poor sound quality,no fingerprint reader,face recognition will not accept either of our faces,the camera is just ok,drops a call if a text message comes through while talking and the price is a little high for a phone without fingerprint scanning

The sound quality is great, didn't realize how low my old phone was until I played the same video on both phones and this one was significantly louder
