The fact that you can set the case on any wireless charger, or the back of your phone is awesome.

The fact that these don’t pair with my laptop (Microsoft Surface) is very annoying

They feel like they're built well, but the fact that so many people are having the same charging problems is a problem

I hated the fact that on top of having to worry about my phone's battery now I also have to worry about my earbuds

I also like the fact that you can tap the ear bud to pause

I don't like the fact that the earbuds do not answer or hang up a call.

However, the fact that the songs get paused or changed by just touching them, it's so annoying

The battery life is great and the fact that you can get 3 or 4 charges from the case without plugging it in is awesome

Definitely recommend them from Amazon as they were kind enough to replace the buds after one fell out and was crushed by a golf cart

touch sensitivity and gestures are what you want/expect.the audio quality is about as sharp as I'd imagine you'd ever be able to get from ear buds (obviously not bose over ear in performance) but incredibly for the tiny package.ear fittings are unbelievably comfy can wear all day, zero fatigue or soreness from 4 min to 4 hourcons:as for the battery life you can get a day out of the buds and case I'd like at least a couple days myself but for how tiny the carrying case is I'm not really too surprised
