Great product no issues

I really like this product

This product stopped working after only a few months.

In my opinion that is a poor quality product.

Samsung products are terrific

Don't care how well they work, if you spend this money for a product with a 12 month warranty and they waste 5 or more hours of your time and don't honor their warranty, the product is a waste of money.

I expected them to have the qualities of a good Samsung product

From the stlye to the fact that foam bud replacements are sold as well, I knew I was buying the right product

Match that with a snazzy look, great fit with a plethora of eartip and wingtip options, along with USB-C and wireless charging, this is a great product

They were absolutely not worth $300 and I'm very unhappy with losing so much money on something that was supposed to be a "great" product

I bought these because I expected good quality and a long lasting product, however it has been less than a year since I bought

It was not a bad pair just a bad product, and expensive one at that.

Great product....would recommend to anyone who wants good quality ear buds

This is my first pair of buds I chose Samsung because of the quality I paid a decent price for a great product and I am very happy with my purchase

As an overall package, they are still a better product than any of the other Samsung offerings (including the successors to this)

I was sent an international version that was not eligible for repairs in the USA.Not a big problem if the product was good, but then again, the buds literally couldn't hold a charge after it's original power ran

I expected high quality from a Samsung, instead I got a cheap product that lasted about as long as a Britta filter
