I contacted Boost and explained the entire issue as I wanted know a number of things.

Virgin isn't the best plan, but for the price, no contacts, it works well for me

so I decided to contact Boost the next day about this issue

Phone is replacing a LG it seem to be an improvement but cannot connect to my network AT&T to finish the updates but that is a AT&T issue and not the phones
