This is not new and the original seal from samsung is tampered with another fake samsung seal

That label was crafted by someone specifically to cover over the factory Samsung label in order to hide tamper seals being disturbed, and I guarantee Samsung did not do it (the printing is bad, and Samsung would not cover a tamper seal with a second one after having opened the original)

Original seal of box has been ripped and another printed duplicate seal has been put on the original

Ripped seal can be seen easily
