One cool thing is at least having the S-Pen gives you the option to choose, and if you want draw a diagram or something it could obviously be useful.- CON:

The one thing that frustrates me most about the HTC One is this very flaw - I literally have to be near a charger/portable charger ALL THE TIME

There are few things you can nitpick, like the design/material quality - for a flagship device it still feels a bit chintzy, not like the premium look and feel of the HTC One or even the Sony/Nokia phones

I had to pry the SIM card out of the Note 3, which is NOT an easy thing to do

The many things you can do with the stylus alone make it worth it

Both the Note 3 and iPhone 5 have AT&T LTE support
