I thought this Note 4 was ahead of it's time, or at least on the cutting edge when it first came out, and as far as well concerned, it still stands up to the newest ones I've researched.

So I was glad I put up with the nuisances but not at all glad that I could not disable them until I had a convenient time to do the update

Phone was ok but froze a few times

You'll just get mad and waste your time and money.

Froze up every time on start up

Even tho i had a little hard time to get it working, im glad that i was able to get in contact the same day and got it working

The phone shipped with KitKat 4.4.4, but T-Mobile patched it to Lollipop and then Marshmallow, so thanks T-Mobile and Samsung
