The price was very reasonable, especially since I would have paid double if I tried to go to my carrier and buy a refurbished one there.

All these annoyances are the price I pay for a nicer size and being able to customize my phone (ie, being free of iTunes), which is a nice way of saying that you have to spend a lot of time teaching it how to do things that the iPhone does automatically.
