Bought this item believing it would've been a good buy

After checking the phone, the Samsung Representative a Best Buy, Mr. Christopher Diaz, told me that there was something wrong with the hard ware and told me to call Amazon to return it because it was only over two months since I bought it.

The touch screen is slow to respond but overall a good buy
