Expandable memory is always a plus too, it seems like many phone companies dropped that feature for a while, but I had a 64gb sd card for movies and music and extraneous app data that prevented that awful message about phone memory being full

, this phone has so many user friendly features that my s4 lacked, I did go to the Verizon store to have the phone activated and info imported, you can do this yourself if you read the online directions, but I chose to have a pro do it for me as I am not that tech savvy when it comes to phones

Another cool feature is the ability to set the phone to recognize when you're looking at it so that the screen doesn't turn off from inactivity while you're trying to read something

Being waterproof, expandable memory and being able to change the battery were all great features.

so I just looked for the same phone since I didn't feel like I needed new features

so I know this is an excellent, feature rich phone with a long lasting battery

Also the new battery does not perform nearly as well as my last new s5 and the charger is a knockoff that after one use will not charge the phone.

There's signs of wear on it now, chipped chrome on the corners and the port cover.so far it has withstood every drop, although getting the commuter otterbox is recommended as they work well and don't add too much thickness

The volume button was broke a the speaker phone isn't that loud

My old AT&T number was switched without a problem

This phone drives me batsh*t crazy on a regular basis.
