Did not come with earbuds or authentic Samsung charger (charger was third party replica) which is what a new phone package includes

I definitely recommend getting the fast charger that was made for this phone as it comes with a generic charger cord.

It takes 5+ hours to charge with the given "fast" charger.

Some chargers work fine with the phone, but with other chargers the phone won't charge, or the MicroUSB plug won't even fit in

The phone was perfect but the charger they gave me was the incorrect charger for the S5

They didnt send the correct charger for it so that was the issue

Phone works well, head phones didn't work, charger didn't work

However it was sent with an incorrect charger that made the phone break, it quit charging and turning on

horrible totally unusable the charger port on the phone was broken when they sent it to

The way the port is designed, after a while your charger will become loose and it will no longer charge quickly

and I was told it quit working because I was using the wrong charger

The phones arrived on time and in good shape but the enclosed chargers were for a Huawei and a Kindle Fire, so I needed to order the correct chargers.

I can't comment on the phone itself, since the cheap charger doesn't work, so I can't even power the phone up

It came with the wrong charger...it did not fit the phone.

The charger and cord would not work and the seller sent a new one which looked the same as the first one.

The phone came with a non compatible charger and the battery is terrible

Also the new battery does not perform nearly as well as my last new s5 and the charger is a knockoff that after one use will not charge the phone.

There's signs of wear on it now, chipped chrome on the corners and the port cover.so far it has withstood every drop, although getting the commuter otterbox is recommended as they work well and don't add too much thickness

The volume button was broke a the speaker phone isn't that loud

Data is slow, calls are frequently dropped, if you are more than 3 miles from an interstate you are lucky to get a 1x signal with a "roaming" warning for everything that you try to do with your phone if you can get any signal at all, and in the middle of the DFW metroplex, next to one of the busiest airports in the country, you are lucky to get a weak 3g signal.
