Lots of the same functions as my old S4.......some new......love the bigger screen

After the hard reset, the screen was still frozen so the technician told me there was something wrong with the hardware and suggested me to call Amazon.

Ordered a NEW S5 and received one that had severe screen "burn in" from the Facebook app immediately upon turning it on
