The center/home button stopped working after 30 days, the blue notification light does not work, and the screen has a glitch when scrolling through text messages, also has a glitch when you look at the screen in the dark

Contrast this experience with the time I actually *did* drop my iPhone 4S and horribly cracked the screen; yet, it still worked

but I had cracked the screen but still felt my returned amount was fair.

The cell phone is not working as it should, it is locking, the screen darkens with each incoming call and done and when I try to watch the video on watsapp the screen keeps blinking continuously unable to complete the operation, because it does not give me the option to pause

The screen was all burned out and the battery is definitely defective

We've actually ordered 4 of them in the last year because we've broken them (cracked a couple screens, went swimming with one) but liked them so much we ordered another.

The phone works and seems ok..its a bit glichy and the screen has an image burned into it.

Yet, after I sent it to in, Samsung claimed the phone wouldn't turn on due to damage to the LCD "beneath the screen"; i.e., even though the screen looked immaculate, it was broken, and they determined it was my fault
