Had a samsung s7 for 2 weeks, dropped the phone on my FOOT (ouch btw because it weighs a frekin ton) and the screen cracked

I have always used my phones without a case, and never had a screen crack until this one.

Had the phone for 6 months and it fell of of table and the screen cracked

I was sitting on the floor when it slipped from my hand less than a foot up and the entire screen cracked

Bad advertising........shortly after receiving the phone, the phone fell and the screen Crack

when the phone arrived, it was Completely dead .... and b/c the charger fits Nothing in the US or S.A.

For being the Cadillac of Android smartphones in 2016, I find myself dumbfounded as to why my experience is so overwhelmingly negative

I have been using this phone for about a month now and it is still just as amazing as when I took it out of the box

It doesn't support T-Mobile as much as it said it did

After complains of my wife that the frontal camera didn't focus as good as

I would say it is as fast and smooth as it was before the update if not better.

Everything works as it should and it has lots of new features, still discovering some of them

Also, I usually don't buy insurance on phones, but I made an exception for my S7, as replacing the screen or other internals is not as easy or cheap as with other phones
