after 2 months of use this phone starts to experience lags freezes and unresponsive lower touch screen and last the phone is dead i tried factory reset several times but no luck i lost most of my data i contacted samsung customer service

The Exynos processor in the US market model, while likely perfectly adequate, will almost certainly be that touch slower than the beast in the overseas market product

if you're touching the screen with the hand your holding it with this can mess up touching the screen with the other hand

The only problem is that it is so sensitive that a single harder touch can become multiple pictures

The size is almost the same as Samsung S5, except the format edge give us a very pleasant touch and view

The last niggle is that the edges of this phone are active, meaning if your hand touches the sides of the phone, like when you are texting, it presses/changes things unintentionally.

You'll want a slim case which will decrease the accidental touches from the side that people talk about

Very unhappy about the edge, miss touch all the time cause when you hold it, you are touching the edge which is super sensitive

I have semi-frequent accidental touches from holding the phone.

That also creates the above mentioned issue of accidental touch-activated

and I think there should be an option to disable edge touch, or make it app specific

n’t just drag and drop whatever music, movies, or photos that you would like

when the phone arrived, it was Completely dead .... and b/c the charger fits Nothing in the US or S.A.
