After being out an extra $1400, and spending two 4 hour trips to the Samsung store in Best Buy and 5 hours across 3 phone calls to Samsung, I currently have no phone.

I complained to AT&T and they gave me an S7 Edge which works great

It replaced a damaged S7 I had bought new at an AT&T store.1) Is it new

With everything transferred, the S7 shows phone memory of 19.9GB free of 23.2GB (not sure where the rest of the "32GB" advertised memory went).Email was the most difficult to configure as usual (always have to try a bunch of different settings before it connects to the servers, and the options never seem to be the same on any two phones).

I had to return 4 different s7 .I am not sure if the problem is where we live or if the items was defective
