I had to return 4 different s7 .I am not sure if the problem is where we live or if the items was defective

I don't know if Samsung will fix my defective item or if I'm screwed out of $300...

Too bad I did not pay attention as I failed to notice that it was AT&T compatible and not Verizon...my fault.
