On paper the budget Lenovo A10 might be better but in practice its battery is not as good and its wifi has problems.

Your getting a 9.7 inch tablet with 2GB ram, a fast quad core processor, decent cameras, bright screen, duel speakers that sound good, amazing battery life, (almost as good as the iPads battery) and something that is pretty light

The battery is pretty decent, currently on day 4 after using it all week for classeswith the screen on totaling over 9 hours on automatic brightness setting

plus i switched to an iphone and some apps don't work or sync together but it was fast and had a good battery life just wish the back and menu button would light up as at night or in a dark environment hard to see where to press but overall would recommend

I am only going for the Tab when I really need a big screen or want to play an app game and not kill my phone battery

I use to only buy HP tablets, but this Samsung galaxy has completely changed my view of tablets, excellent battery life fully charged it last me 2 days and thats even with playing games on it, the sound is really nice and loud, i can have 2 or 3 apps open and it still runs with a decent speed, a must buy in my book

It is a great size and battery and quick charge come in handy for daily use.

The Tab A has an amazing battery, I have my brightness set at just under 50% (I don't like to have a blinding screen) and I've been using it for almost a week now and still have over 40% left

It is not as sharp as I would like, especially for photographs
