Today, my first opportunity to contact Samsung support, went pretty smoothly as the device was verified as still under 1 year warranty and the tech advised me that as long as the device is not 'liquid or physically' damaged that they would repair it free of charge.

It is a really nice device but, it needs to be connected for most anything you will do.

While you still have to manually purge some of the RAM and storage space sometimes like with the Tab A, and there's only about 4000 mAh on the battery, this device does well to conserve memory, space, and energy
