The customer service person that I spoke to actually had the nerve to respond to the broken speaker and two defective wires

quality?3 of the speakers are hard wired, so you have to take some effort hide the wires if you want to position the speakers on the wall, or where ever

Excellent product, however the wires for the rear speakers is lacking in length.

but I do not think I get the surround sound that I got from my old system which had hard wired rear speakers.

The sub woofer is weak, hardly works and often cuts out due to poor wire connections (underneath the sub woofer).

When running the sound test it would show the speakers where not hooked up correctly, (they where because the wiring is all color coded) and three didn't work at all, they would if it was just the TV running but the rear wouldn't

Not to sure if wires are bad or if it didn't work to begin with

There is cheap male into female color coded connector at unit the wire pinch connectors at speakers

It only took me about 2 hours and that included taking all of my old system out, wrapping up the wires, clean up, etc

But on the flip side hard wired speakers have better sound quality

Decent set up, wires have a decent length, of course wireless isn't wireless

The biggest Dislike I have about this system is that I think Samsung made a design mistake by using Proprietary speaker wire Plugs for connection of the speakers to the main and surround speakers rear unit.
