With any background noise i am unable to hear the music the earbuds don't fit tight into the ears

Which reminds me, I've read reviews on these that say the "noise cancelling is useless" or "doesn't work, I still hear background noise"; well, that's because the dual mics are designed to cut down the noise on the OTHER END, not on your end

No they are not noise cancelling in that they don't block outside noise from reaching your ear but they do a pretty good job at noise canceling for the mic (cutting out background noise during conversation).

If there's any kind of background noise I struggled to hear some youtube videos

I usually only use one earpiece at a time, especially when driving and feel like I can barely hear a person, even more so if there is any background noise

Very uncomfortable to wear and does not cancel out background noise

I love the sound quality from both ends seems like it reduces background noise level

The people I have talked to say there IS background noise, but it is very manageable and does not degrade the conversation at all

They are always fully charged when I use them so I dont understand the background noise

it doesnt answer the call when u close them it doesnt hang up the call the circle is a far better value, the u is not worth the extra money, very disappointed

The sound level is lower, the fit of the earbuds is not as comfortable as the U wing tips and in general doesn't feel you're getting anything for the price difference your paying

The Samsun level u earpieces work perfectly fine and allow me to hear others when paused

These Samsung Level U earbuds work fine, clear sound, light weight and probably the most comfortable in the ear I've ever had
