My first complaint it the ear gels with the hook on

ear gels are terrible, fall out, and don't seal* neck collar is weighted at the back, not front, so it falls backwards, which pulls on the loose earbuds* stiff wires push earbuds out of ears if the wires contact clothing like a jacket collar* power switch location is out of reach when headset is being worn* sound is still reasonableIf I had paid more than $30, I would return them.

The ear gels without the "hooks" are annoying

i find that the ear gels are also comfortable

The ear gels are uncomfortable and tend to fall off the earpieces

The ear gels after about a week like to slip and slide all over the earbud itself so good luck keeping the speaker output in the gel output hole.3) The ear gel selection while good for most does not account for people with small ear holes who also need the little supports that stuck up into your ear

And then, the ear gels began to loose and finally one of them was lost on my way riding

It didn't bother me much as for $30 I don't expect STELLAR sound quality

I love these headphones as they are so lightweight that you could forget that you're wearing it

RIGHT(R) rubber on BOTH EARPHONES when they should be RIGHT

I constantly drop calls and l they are spotty at best unless you stand in 1 place even with my phone in my pocket
