    • Cheap material , headset fell apart within two months of moderate use
    • Too easily broken the product isn't build very cheap material the plactic split "cripe
    • Super cheap material and Samsung won't even replace it because it's "damaged."BTW my fitbit Surge, at a much higher price point, started to crack in places and the company fully replaced it – without question

    • so they don't stay stuck against each other with moderate movement.-The flexible pieces that go around your neck are attached via hard plastic to the battery part and they will break but the flexible material surrounding it does not allow it to break off.
