Call voice quality is good as is sound unless you're having the connection issues mentioned above

Those had zero connection issues with my S8.

love it until it kept disconnecting from my phone, seems samsung always has connection issues

The connection issue is inconsistent and hard to troubleshoot

A minor complaint would be that sometimes I have some connection issues but after a while it stops

I have had these headphones for about a day now and already I am having connection issues

Connection issues persist about 85% of the time

I'm used to the Samsung level U and I loved it,but when it broke I was convinced the level U Pro would be better

Upgraded from the level u to the level u pro I tested the pros out

I compared the voice quality to my old Motorola headset and the Samsung U is terrible.

that the philips are well balanced (through all frequencies (!)), lightweight and they have a cord without the U plastic that I like, however can more easily fall out of the ear when turning head3

don't have that problem with the Level U..

Still, I paired the Level U with my pc, and other devices and they work just fine

Again, at that point, regular level u will suffice!
