The bulky squarish plastic surrounding the earbud end causes them to fit shallowly in my ears and they don't seal off outside sounds very well, even with the best fitting of the provided tips.

There is definitely a design flaw in these where the plastic is too weak, thin, or whatever that they will break on the sides of the neck where it is the thinnest.

when I pulled them out it broke where the hard plastic meets the rubber so they can bend easy by design.

Unfortunatelly this is for a lady or someone with a small neck and frame since wires are so small as well as the plastic which goes around the neck

I am not totally in love with the design, in that you have to be careful not to pry them apart too much when putting the hard plastic yoke around your neck.

The unit is made of hard plastic with a 3/4" section of soft rubber at the back on each side allowing it to flex open from side to side

The device is incredibly light and the plastic feels good

The plastic on the pro seems a bit more rigid, and the arms barely bend.

The quality is definitely better, they do not feel like cheap plastic (as someone else said they feel like a carbon material)

The Original is made of slightly lighter plastic, and while the plastic feels cheaper it will stay intact.

It works as though it should and is compatible with all of my Samsung products.

Have been using it for year and still works as it was new.
