The most obvious flaw is the build quality....not a deal breaker, but just something to be aware of

Sound was also very good through my Denon AVR.I then tested the various streaming apps (Netflix, Hulu, VUDU, etc) and found they all worked well and also had good quality pic

Picture quality is second to none, as well as audio quality

so I can't comment on the 4K quality, but the quality on an HD TV is noticebly better than the samsung DVD

Really so many good qualities about this player to list so if your on the fence, just buy it, you won't regret it.

Outstanding quality devise

The quality of the 4K movies is great and the HDR take the video quality to a new level.

Poor quality and poor customer service from Samsung

Works as it should.
