The dvd player has a great quality picture

It had a good picture quality and fairly good user interface

I have a 5 year old 1080p receiver and have no wish to upgrade it at this time, so I can't enjoy the better sound quality these discs provide

This player has worked well for me, the quality is good and unless you have a crazy home theater setup you really don’t need much more than this

It works well for all the other good 4K qualities.

I have the player plugged directly to the TV and an optical digital cable returning sound to the receiver so that I can enjoy the better video quality

The quality of my older movies look fantastic on this player/TV combination so I am excited to watch some of the older titles again.
