    Samsung UN28H4500 28-Inch 720p 60Hz Smart LED TV (2014 Model)

    • This smart tv is really lightweight, excellent image, hub and internet conexión is fastastic
    • Smart hub works fine, the only reason it is 4/5 is because smart hub can not be used as soon as the tv is turned on, i usually have to wait 2-3mins untill i can even open the smart hub
    • You also are limited to the apps offered in the categories section of the Smart Hub
    • What became a deal breaker for us, since the main reason we went for a 'smart TV' in the first place was to enjoy Netflix and perhaps Amazon Prime programming, eventually, was that there seems to be no way to change the picture size while in any of the smart hub apps(?
    • However, the use of the "smart hub" is not as simple as one might think, and using the browser is difficult because of the on screen typing mode.
    • Overall picture and sound quality are pretty good for the price bracket, and the inclusion of the Smart Hub means I don't need to add a Roku (or try to teach my mom how to use that) so that my mother can reap the benefits of Netflix.
    • We really like the Smart Hub feature
    • Once that happened it is so easy to use that I can easily do it myself and switch from cable to the smart hub and amazon prime and Netflix, etc
    • The interface of the Smart Hub was slow and sluggish
    • Smart Hub is slow and lagging and sometimes it
    • But the biggest problem is the SMART HUB
    • Smart hub & updates make the whole package worth it.
    • But we don't love it as much as we love the 40"; for starters, the Smart Hub is different, and admittedly, I don't like that, and debated deducting a star just for that
    • The speakers on this TV give off a much better sound than I expected and the Smart Hub allows me to add the apps that I want
    • The smart hub is very difficult to use and extremely slow

    • "doesn't work at all" to "painfully horrible interface".Doesn't even connect to Netflix, so at least we're saved the pain of having to use Samsung's "Smart Hub" for that function

    • But I just installed this television today and have found that the included browser known as Smart Hub does not support the viewing of a large number of YouTube videos
    • I found that you can usually get around that by reconfirming the Network under the Smart Hub settings, but why should you have to?After rereading my own
    • First, after turning on the TV and pressing the Samsung smart hub button it takes between 10-15 seconds to bring up the app menu
    • Thought that maybe it was rebooting to update the smart hub apps or other features, so I went into settings and turned off the auto update option
    • We just use the smart hub pretty much, so no idea how cable would be on it
    • A little slow on boot up on the smart hub but otherwise good.
    • Particularly pleased with the inclusion of the Samsung Smart Hub
    • (smart hub is the smart tv's features)
    • It took some days to get used to the constant message, 'Preparing the TV, please try again later', when attempting to connect with the smart hub apps
    • Samsung's Smart TV\Smart Hub app needs some work
    • The TV has to warm up for a little while before it can access any Smart Hub apps
    • While setting up the TV and using its smart hub features was simple enough, I have two main gripes...1
    • I had to press the smart hub button a few times in order to get the menu to appear on the
    • I love this TV it picks up Wi-Fi signal and smart hub picks up premium channels which I pay for without a hard wired connection through provider
    • The apps provided in the Smart Hub are limited, interface clunky and response very slow
