This app is not mentioned anywhere in the item description, and I would not have purchased this TV had I known this intrusive feature could not be turned off

The "smart" features are old fashioned, unpolished, and clumsy

We have not seen any ads or other attempts to push us to activate the Smart features

Remembers most recent settings for startup, as well as by source, that is, can have different source settings for TV, Blue Ray movies, and other sources.

When changing channels, they display 3 channel numbers at once, making it very confusing as to which one you're watching.
