DVR Setup is a breeze and when needed tech support actually answers the phone and fixed the issue.

This system is far slower to connect over the smart phone per session.- Playback on the system is not as smooth and easy as other systems, requiring much more input.- Lastly, and would have been a deal-killer if I had known, this system requires constant logging in (with a password that is required to be complex and ultra-secure) to operate the system.
