All in all I trust this device for backing up my files and will buy another if needed.

Compact Flash Drive that is fast and good for use in portable devices where a longer flash drive may get broken off during handling.

It's an amazing device for laptops, It works very fast

I bought it specifically to work as a USB 2.0 device

I can't comment with actual figures but this device doesn't "seem" any faster than the USB 2.0 little brother that I had previously using a USB 3.0 port on my PC.

If like me, you need a portable device to transfer files from machine to machine, look elsewhere.

This is by far the worst external device I have ever purchased!
