    • After reviewing what's available in the market for my needs, I noted that this new SanDisk Extreme Portable model now is USB 3.2 gen 2, which offer great transfer speeds without the expense and uneeded speeds of the new SanDisk Extreme Pro
    • Sandisk is whom I use for SD cards or my first SSD in 2013, but I don't feel confident their Solid State Drives hold up to their price point when they lack in performance & exaggerate the speed for marketing purposes

    • An OK speed drive but nor reliable
    • Also to get good speeds you must use the fastest ports on your pc which should be USB 3.1
    • It has seriously horrible writing speed, and after an hour it was about 5% complete, and then kept giving me errors saying my file(s) wasn't valid
    • My only qualm with the product is that the description boasts that it can play next-gen console (i.e. XBOX SERIES X/S) titles directly from the external hardrive but, when put to the test it could transfer/copy info from external to internal with great speeds (i.e. 4hr transfer was more like 25minutes) yet does not play directly from the external as if it would off of the internal console drive
