    • After poking around for 30 minutes and not finding anything on the topic I emailed tech support, who replied in 2 days, explaining it is a manual process where you email tech support with your system configuration, lots of info, then they get back to you.4

    • I rated 5 stars the tech support even if I did not have any issue with this SSd, because I called Sandisk about a flashcard for my camera which was defective after SIX YEARS...and they replaced it right away.
