Tested on a Dell Inspirion 8920 through the USB 3.1 port (on the back of the computer).Cons: Drive gets unusually hot (compared to other USB flash drives) during idle (non-transfer, just plugged in).

noticed after plugging it into the USB 2.0 port that it still works just fine as a bootable OS and doesn't get anywhere near as hot as when it's plugged into a USB 3.0 port
