I submitted required information 3 times and SanDisk refused to provide RMA number and exchange card with reason -"you have received non-authentic product from Amazon"

RMA.After you fill-in all your information you will get an email saying information is missing, which is fine if it was actually missing and the information missing wasnt information that was required or else the form would not be submitted

Lost all my information I had on it.
