I cloned the laptop using Corsair 2.5-Inch Solid State Drive and Hard Disk Drive Cloning Kit CSSD-UPGRADEKIT, installed the new SSD and it worked great.

Easy disk to disk clone with Clonezilla.

The speed and performance over a conventional mechanical hard disk drive are impressive

We don't do dynamic disks.

I install the software, start the cloning process... and immediately, the software comes back with a message like "Oooh, you have a dynamic disk.

The primary disk was already an SSD.After some use, I can say this is a good disk, although for the purpose it is being used, I am not sure I see much difference in overall speed (the games are indeed installed on this one though)

I'm not data transfer expert neither too much worried about speed, just want it to have a second hard drive for games, recordings and music and is way much faster than my old mechanical hard disk.
