The sound quality is very good for a clock radio.
-
I wanted a radio with good sound quality, but more important is the HWS feature.
-
> sound quality on radio is very good (no interference)

The sound quality is very good for a clock radio
-
However, I have enjoyed the sound quality anyway
-
Overall, this sound quality of this little radio is very rich and deep, and sounds like a much larger unit
-
The sound quality and reception is much improved over lesser expensive clock radio models which is the main reason for this purchase.
-
I am very pleased with the multiple alarms and the good sound quality of this clock/radio.
-
Sound quality is the best I've ever had in an alarm clock but it is not a stereo
-
Sound quality weak.
-
I like the multiple alarm functionality, the sound quality, and the overall way it works.
-
Great sound quality and with digital VOLUME and TONE controls, (wheels on the side)
-
Good sound quality, good visibility and nice to have both analogue and digital displays.
-
Good sound quality and the alarm and snooze work well.
-
Good sound quality and the alarm and snooze work well.
-
Great sound quality.
-
Over the years we've owned many Sangean products and have come to expect exceptional quality and thoughtfuldesign.
-
On the plus side I would have to say it's an attractive clock and the sound quality is quite good, given the price
-
It managed to sync with WWVB even here in South Florida (where the last clock I tried was a complete bust), the sound quality is good and the radio can tune even weak stations well (also much better than the last clock)
-
> sound quality on radio is very good (no interference)
-
Avoid Sangean if you can, their quality is questionable
-
Great quality sound
-
This is a rare bedside radio that has both features, a small footprint and quite nice sound quality
-
Good quality audio (for a clock radio - this is not an audiophile system), tone control and knobs under the unit that control alarm level and the brightness of the clock/digital display
-
Sound quality is good, great for its size.
-
We like particularly its precision, its good radio reception quality as well as its elegance
-
The sound quality is terrific!
-
Sangean obviously has a commitment now to design, as well as sound quality, but not to quality control in manufacturing of this unit.
-
I would recommend thisproduct for anybody who needs a quality alarm clock and also can follow a somewhat complicated user manual.
-
Good sound quality
-
Sound quality is VERY good
-
We live in Los Angeles so we get first-rate reception, and, as I said, I was pleasantly surprised by the rich sound quality for a compact radio--with a lot of added features
-
The sound quality is great.
-
On the plus side, the "radio" aspect of this clock radio worked quite well (good reception, good sound quality), but if the "clock" aspect of a clock/radio doesn't work, it basically defeats the purpose.
-
I'll just echo what other positive reviewers have said about the Sangean's versatility (I use 3 out of the 4 separate alarm settings), solid and attractive design, sound quality and reliable radio reception
-
Works very well with good quality sound for a table radio
-
I am still learning all the features of this radio, but it has wonderful sound quality and good pick up
-
Great display and good sound quality
-
huge quality issue with this product
-
I drive a BMW, use a Mac computer, have a Nikon SLR and a Sony HD video camera, so features don't usually impress me, but quality, design and intelligent use of features is important to me
-
The quality of the radio has improved dramatically and sounds wonderful.
-
It has a quality look and feel and the sound quality is good
-
Oh, and did I mention the unbelievable sound quality of this small radio?
-
The quality of the reception is okay, sometimes flaking out if weather is poor.
-
so didn't think the sound quality was important
-
For the price, it just has too many quirks that bothered me, such as -- Too difficult to set alarms
-
This has become a real problem since the unexpected brightness of the clock in the middle of the night will actually be so intense as to wake us up.
-
Analog clock face is easy to read across the room without being overly intrusive as with a large LED display.
-
I live in an area of "radio shadow" between hills but had no problem picking up the NIST time signal, and pull in AM and FM about as well as from a good standalone portable radio
-
Unfortunately, the little table I set my clock upon must not be a good place to receive good signals (waves?), so when I try to listen to the radio, it's often static-y unless I sit right in front of it
