Time sync does not work in my area.

I do not like not having the backup battery thou, and the manual sucks big time, but I love it anyway.

He absolutely loves the back-light feature and how it synchronizes to the correct time with the nearest atomic clock via the radio

but I discovered that if you manually set the clock for about the correct time it syncs up faster

Now one of them is losing time after less than one year and unable to return..

When I checked back (over an hour later), the time was correct!

The auto signal works great for me, but even if it didn't you can disable the feature and set the time manually, just like any other alarm clock

I've owned about three Oregon Scientific Atomic clock managed alarm clocks over the years - just like to have accurate time.

To keep accurate time, I would have to set the clock periodically myself.

I will try one more time to master the "three" and "four" radio alarm settings--if "no go" then back for a refund it will go!
