Very good shelf

Great shelf, my only complaint is that the pieces of wood aren't labeled, it's really annoying having to look at the instructions every ten seconds...

Then I noticed that the shelf was not sturdy enough to hold books

Overall the whole shelf just looks ugly and is not nearly as sturdy as it appears

To make things even worst, the middle shelf, the fixed one, has one side unfinished, so, if you want it to look somewhat nice, you must put that shelf upside down and drill the wholes

After assembled, the shelf is so shaky that I'm not going to risk putting my stuff on it.

The shelf is not at all sturdy and it wiggles when you keep books in it.

Another one actually had the top shelf collapse from boxes of shoes

Once put together, the shelf looks great!

The top shelf of this unit isn't finished

This shelf was fairly easy to assemble

: we put ours together incorrectly and had the top shelf the wrong way, with the unfinished side inside the bookcase

The middle shelf is the main support that holds the entire bookcase together

The shelf broke apart within two weeks of usage :(

Im sure this shelf would be great if you only used it as pictured with 3 small items on it

The shelf broke where the two sections connect, and the entire unit collapsed.

I definitely recommend this shelf for collectibles or anything at all you want to display

However, the shelf is not completely stable on carpet.

so we put items on the top shelf that weren't going to be moved or rearranged.

This shelf is good for the price

It doesn't even look like any of the pieces broke, so I can't find a way to fix it, and the shelf is now completely unusable

Not a few days later, I pulled a book from the top shelf, and the whole thing came crashing down!I followed the assembly instructions to a "t"

After only 3 months of use, the shelf developed a wobble

Not counting the three separate book shelves, the bookcase consists of three parts: 1) the top part (3 boards - left, right, and top), 2) the middle shelf that extends to the very edge of the left and right sides of the top part and is the main support for the sides, and 3) the bottom part (3 boards - left, right, and bottom).Securing the middle shelf to the top section by using the cams is crucial to supporting the entire bookcase

Great value shelf

I particularly like them because they match my floor perfectly, and, well, they're probably the least expensive 5-shelf bookcase (not to mention adjustable
