Not too bad to assemble, clear instructions, no missing pieces on mine.

While I wouldn't call it a storage "tower," unless you're only two feet tall, it is a very nice and sturdy piece of furniture.

They didn't put the necessary holes in the top piece

Assembly was easy and all of the hardware was present; the pieces were in good shape as well - no scratches, nicks, etc.

Totally disappointed for it being very good used items when pieces are missing and box was torn to pieces on the inside box

And once it's together (assembly was very easy and straight-forward), it's an attractive, sturdy little piece of furniture.
