have to shake or push beans down to get ground not very well designed

We find ourselves constantly having to clean up after this poorly-designed machine

know yet if this is a defect or exceedingly poor design.

While some grounds (mostly powder) stick to the sidewalls of the unit, I do not find this to be a design flaw or major nuisance

I do everything over my kitchen sink so clean up is easier, but still, it'd be nice if the machine had a better design.

I probably wouldn't buy it again and instead, spend a little more time and money to find a better design for my needs.

I like the overall design and quietness of the product, but after a few months of owning and minimal use (once every other week) the motor began chugging and emiting a weird smell

The bean holder is a dark color (semi transparent) making it hard to see the level of coffee in the hopper (so remove the top to see the beans, to me this is an extra step that is unnecessary with a good design)

It is easy to clean and has a sleek design.

Only downside is it isn't the greatest design in terms of getting the grounds out cleanly.

I would rate it as a 5 if the hopper was designed differently and it just worked until all the beans were gone.

The one issue that I have found was what I would consider a bad design of the bean hopper.

The design makes it easy to clean the grind compartment.

If the design of the hopper was modified in the future with a much steeper or conical design this grinder would be perfect.

Did not like design

A lot of people have noticed it, so I guess it's designed that way, but it's not very impressive

Defective or bad design but the return window is closed and I’m stuck with a bad product.

Compact light packaging and design

Design is overall quite excellent, but it advertises being able to grind for Turkish Coffee, and it doesn't come close to fine enough.

Maximum Coarse setting is not as coarse as I like for my french press coffee maker.

Other wise I like how it grinds coffee

18g of espresso needs 6 cups (actually a little more, like 6.5) from this grinder.
