    • DO NOT RECOMMEND - should have returned when had issues first week.
    • But unless we can remove the static issue I am inclined to return this
    • The most frustrating issue with this machine is the mess
    • I noticed when I was done grinding, I didn't have the static issue
    • This only really works if you are grinding the exact amount of beans you need at the moment, but it's a trick that's worked for me on other machines with static issues.
    • We much as we line the quiet motor and the grind variety, we are looking for another machine that does not have the static issue.
    • The main issue I have is the grinder creates static which makes the grinds go everywhere
    • The other issue as many have mentioned, the knob to select volume of beans to grind is imprecise.
    • The cup also seems to have a static electricity issue or something that causes the finer grounds to want to stick to the insides of the cup; maybe it 's just the moisture content of the the coffee .

    • It does have a static electricity issue, though
    • Honestly, if they could figure out how to remedy that issue, this would be a 5.5 star machine.

    • Edit: after leaving neutral review expressing my frustration with the static and the trouble I was having with the coffee grind bin, the company reached out to me to offer a few helpful tips and links to videos for the static issue and if not satisfied with my purchase to request a refund

    • The major issue is the huge mess the grinder makes.
    • Noise has not been an issue and is reasonable for this grinder.
    • Maximum Coarse setting is not as coarse as I like for my french press coffee maker.
