SCEPTRE 27 Inch IPS Ultra 4K LED Monitor U278W-4000R, UHD 3840x2160, HDMI 2.0 DVI DisplayPort Speakers, Metallic Black (2017)

    • Horrible, flickering garbage
    • Horrible, flickering garbage
    • bought 2 and they are both broken(dead pixel, flickering, dim edges), going threw hell to get a refund or get them replaced.
    • screen came with this weird flickering the panel was clearly defective i got so turned
    • The pixels look crisp and the picture is stable, it's not flickering.
    • (Update) Horizontal driver developed annoying intermittent flicker
    • I purchased this in May and its now September, This monitor occasionally has a strange flicker and now has faint, notebook-like lines appearing in the top right-hand corner
    • Though I still have yet to get that perfect setting combo, I doubt I ever will
    • It's connected through DisplayPort using a Cable Matters USB C Multiport Adapter (USB C Dock with USB C to DisplayPort 4K 60Hz), 2x USB 2.0, Fast Ethernet, and 60W PD in White - USB-C & Thunderbolt 3 Port Compatible for MacBook Pro and More.
    • Giving 4 stars, but would probably go for around 3.5.For starters, this monitor is going to be your cheapest option for getting into 4K and the image quality blew me away for the price
    • Pros: 4K IPS
    • For the price this is an amazing 4K monitorOther:This is my 5th experience with Sceptre - (2 older 720P 32" TVs), a 1080P 50" TV, and a 4K 55".
    • A pair of these with Windows 10 driven by a powerful CPU, say 8 core AMD and graphics card, say Radeon R9 270X DD or GeForce GTX1050, gives a wonderful twin 4K desktop system.
    • But if you can squeeze a little more out of your budget, I would go with e a more reputable competitor.
