Goes all the way up to 200hz as advertised with exceptional smoothness, HOWEVER, it's clear after 1 month with this monitor that the VA panel included is of the last-gen technology -- demonstrated by the excessive GHOSTING in dark scenes (dark-color pixels with very very slow pixel response time), and I mean EXCESSIVE, significantly worse than all the current-gen VA panels available from other brands.

Now another issue with the VA panel included here is its extremely limited dynamic range -- you get completely washed out pic quality at brightness above 55 (no joke); but in order to limit the ghosting, you need to crank up the brightness so less dark-color pixels are displayed on screen
